The consultation is the start of your journey towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
A review of your medical and exercise history will be carried out as well as discussing your training goals, current eating habits and the type of exercise you enjoy (if any!).
Once we are on the same page regarding your training goals, an action plan and schedule will be agreed and your first exercise session will be booked, ideally within a week of the consultation.
Most importantly, the consultation gives us an opportunity to meet and get to know one another before the training begins. A typical consultation lasts around 30 minutes and can take place either at your home or in the studio.
