Ramona Braganza 321 training instructor’s course

On Sunday I was at Ramona Braganza’s 321 training instructor’s course in Highbury, London. I am training to be a Master Trainer for her method, so this was my last chance to absorb and take in as many tips as possible from the lady herself before delivering the course with Carrie Dodds (Director of 321 Fitness UK)!! The course was, as always, excellent and full of really genuine people who were there to learn and share.

This particular course is for any instructor or trainer, who wants to offer their clients a robust exercise structure which sheds the pounds and builds lean muscle tone. This method was developed by Ramona primarily on movie sets with Hollywood’s finest such as Scarlett Johanson, Halle Berry, Zac Efron and Jessica Alba to name a few. The program had to be flexible, adaptable and guaranteed to get the desired results. Ramona is has now launched the 321 Training Method in the UK and Canada with China and U.S.A. launching soon.

The training structure is based on 3 cardio, 2 strength circuits, 1 core with a dynamic warm-up at the beginning and a stretch at the end. This structure delivers a really balanced workout incorporating fat burning, toning and strength building, cardiovascular endurance and stamina. Ramona’s approach to exercise and health is very heart warming and encouraging but her training is still very hard work with results delivered at the end if you follow her lead. I find her to be a fascinating woman who despite having been around Hollywood A-lister’s for the past 20 odd years, is incredibly down to earth and attentive.

I suppose you would expect me to write good things about Ramona and her method, but even if she was not as nice (!), I would still endorse her training method!

    Howdy, i read your blog from time to time and
    i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam responses?
    If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can suggest?
