Making use of your local park or simply using the space around your neighbourhood could be an experience that opens your eyes to the nature and beauty of your surroundings.

For Mums training with little ones in hand, the outdoors can be a fantastic option as it can give the baby a chance to nap whilst you get the opportunity to train in peace!
