Step 1: Contact me today

Contact me for a chat about why you want to start training. We will discuss any questions or concerns you may have and book you in for your free consultation.

Step 2: Free consultation

During the consultation we will review your medical and exercise history, discuss your training goal/s, current eating habits, the type of exercise you enjoy and begin to plan out your schedule. This also provides an opportunity for us to meet and get to know one another before the training begins.

Step 3: Start training

Once you have decided to begin training, we will book you in for your first session, preferably within a week of your free consultation. Various health and fitness measurements along with a full postural assessment will form part of the initial sessions so that we can begin to build your Personal Fitness Record. We will then document your progress on a regular basis depending on your goals. This can be a great source of motivation and it’s really encouraging to see your physical progress written down on paper.
